Overall well-being encompasses five essential pillars: Physical, Emotional, Social, Intellectual, and Spiritual. Together, you and I will focus on all aspects of your health. Motivation and discipline are things from the past. Solely relying on these two factors to build the streak of your consistency is not enough. Your fitness and nutrition routine needs to be adaptive to weather everything that everyday life throws at you. It should make you feel good and excited to repeat the same process everyday.
